Solenoid valve customization in industrial design

Solenoid valves are used in a wide range of domestic and industrial environments, such as refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, household appliances, electronics, automobiles, industrial equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, etc.

  What is a solenoid valve?

Solenoid valve is an industrial device controlled by electromagnetism, which is an automation base element used to control fluids and belongs to the actuator, and is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. Used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. Solenoid valves can be used with different circuits to achieve the desired control, while the accuracy and flexibility of the control can be guaranteed. There are many kinds of solenoid valves, different solenoid valves play a role in different positions of the control system, the most commonly used are one-way valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed adjustment valves, etc.

The important role of solenoid valves

Solenoid valve itself is simple in structure and low in price, easy to install and maintain than other types of actuators such as control valves. More significantly, the composition of the self-control system is much simpler and less expensive. Because the solenoid valve is a switch signal control, and industrial control computer connection is very convenient. In today’s era of computer popularity, the price has dropped significantly, the advantages of solenoid valve is more obvious.

  Solenoid valve applications

  Automotive applications

There are multiple automotive applications of solenoid valves, such as: locking solenoid needle valve, regulating electromagnetic needle valve, idle speed solenoid valve, fuel steam solenoid valve, variable valve timing solenoid valve, automotive exhaust solenoid valve, automotive engine solenoid valve, automotive oil and gas conversion solenoid valve, automotive drenching solenoid valve, automotive air conditioning solenoid valve, automotive shift solenoid valve, automotive seat support airbag solenoid valve, support airbag solenoid valve, safety airbag valve, automotive seat massage valve, automatic transmission control valve, automotive fuel injection nozzle, etc.

  Manufacturing system

In manufacturing, solenoid valves are used to regulate the flow of liquids and gases. For example, beverage manufacturers use solenoid valves to accurately measure the amount of liquid put into a bottle, and also to accurately mix various liquid substances.

  Agriculture

Solenoid valves can be used to control most systems of agricultural equipment. They are used to add compounds to irrigation systems, such as automatic sprinklers and motorized agricultural machinery.

  Vacuum systems

Vacuum solenoid valves are special valves installed on mechanical vacuum pumps. The valve is connected to the same power supply as the pump, and the opening and stopping of the pump directly controls the opening and closing of the valve. When the pump stops working or the power supply is suddenly interrupted, the valve can automatically close the vacuum system and fill the atmosphere into the pump cavity through the pump inlet to avoid the pump oil returning to pollute the vacuum system. The applicable working medium of vacuum solenoid valve is air and non-corrosive gas.

  Refrigeration system

Solenoid valve is widely used in the refrigeration system. It avoids high pressure compressor start and protects the compressor from fluid shock. When the compressor is paused, the valve closes and releases the refrigerant flow as needed, thus preventing the refrigerant from entering the evaporator.
